In 2001, Herbert Stöger and Wolfgang Pramendorfer founded x-tention. Today, 25 years later, they continue to lead the group towards a successful future. Their philosophy has remained the same throughout: IT with Care, decisions made with foresight, and an open-door policy for all employees.

Today, x-tention is one of the market leaders in the healthcare and social care sector. Thanks to pioneering ideas and outstanding quality, the company has grown steadily and organically – from 7 to nearly 800 employees, serving more than 1,000 clients across 16 international locations.
