MACH leverages the proven Orchestra Health Service Bus. This modular and exceptionally flexible platform connects applications and devices, enabling you to create an interoperable system landscape – simply and securely. With our user-friendly Designer Tool, we offer the ideal user interface for developing and testing largely code-free integration scenarios. This makes staff training easier and significantly reduces maintenance overhead. We provide industry standards-based message transformation tools for all HL7 variants (v2 and v3) and FHIR, whilst supporting standards such as ASTM, XDT, EDIFACT, CDA, CCD, CCDA and DICOM. MACH also supports device integration and all common communication technologies including MLLP, TCP/IP, JDBC, SOAP, REST, DICOM Worklist and TLS certificate-based exchange. The built-in DICOM routing features offer DICOMweb and DIMSE, MPPS, as well as conversion and (semi-automated) anonymisation functions – implemented via MACH as pre- or post-processing steps.
You can deploy MACH in a wide variety of ways. Thanks to the modular approach of the various options, you benefit from additional flexibility and can adapt the architecture to your individual needs – for example, by adding extra functions such as IHE Connectors, IHE ATNA-compliant Record Repository, DICOM Routing or ASTM Channels for connecting laboratory equipment. Possible deployment options range from simple Docker or VM-based images with local databases through to clustered K8s high-availability installations. This enables you to efficiently manage large volumes of containers distributed across complex cloud environments whilst enjoying minimal downtime and self-healing capabilities.
Another critical factor for the efficiency of a data integration platform: management and monitoring of data flows. With MACH, monitoring is possible from cluster perspective down to individual instances. This enables both high-level status investigation and in-depth scenario exploration, whether you're connecting a single hospital or 1,000. With MACH, you can manage your facilities centrally. And thanks to a centrally managed deployment pipeline that's independent of your underlying virtual infrastructure layer, you can automatically update, implement new versions and modify interfaces.
