Your role at x-tention

  • This role has the responsibility for leading our Training Academy
  • Devise technical training programs according to requirements
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agendas and determine course content
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
  • Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
  • Creating technical training materials and programmes to address specific customer requirements

Your skill set

  • Previous experience in a Technical Training Lead role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience designing technical course content
  • Knowledge of various training methods including coaching, workshops, classroom training, mentoring and e-learning programmes
  • Knowledge of Java, APIs, databases essential
  • International travel will be required
