- Group launches UK subsidiary with headquarters in Bournemouth
x-tention Informationstechnologie GmbH, from Upper Austria, is proud to announce the incorporation of x-tention Ltd on 1 August 2019. Headquartered in Bournemouth, x-tention Ltd will be a key member of the x-tention group and will oversee the group’s activities in the UK and Ireland.

The x-tention group includes: x-tention Informationstechnologie GmbH (Austria, Germany and the UK), it for industries GmbH (Austria), soffico GmbH (Austria, Germany and Thailand), FAKTOR D consulting GmbH (Germany), integic AG (Switzerland) and InterComponentWare AG (Germany and the US).
The group provides IT solutions to support hospitals, nursing homes and social care institutions.
