Status 2019

• AOK provides a “Gesundheitsnetzwerk” (digital health network) platform based on the Orchestra eHealth Suite to its 27 million insured patients
• Target is to empower patients to access their health information everywhere and at every time
• Fundamental to achieve this target is a central IHE based infrastructure for exchanging health information between physicians, hospitals and members
• The RFP for the platform demanded an extensible and innovative solution supporting international IT-, security and data-protection standards
• ICW and x-tention won the RFP with the Orchestra eHealth Suite
• AOK leverages most of the modules within the solution portfolio of the Orchestra eHealth Suite
