In the coming months, x-tention will help the Lower Austrian State Hospital Waidhofen an der Ybbs replace its existing CAiFM system HSD NOVA FM with waveware®.

The project aims to create a common waveware® landscape in which two different facilities benefit from shared catalogues and processes. Melk State Hospital is the second facility, and its system is being used as a foundation for the new landscape.

We took the first step back in August 2020 and transferred Melk Hospital’s already productive local waveware® installation to the Lower Austrian State Health Agency before setting up a multi-client version. As the two facilities have different workflows and were previously maintaining and expanding their systems independently, they are currently working to align with each other. In the course of the alignment process they have benefited from synergies relating to the joint use of catalogues and processes, which will enable the systems to be combined easily. At the same time, device data is being prepared for the transfer from NOVA FM to waveware®. The project is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
